Well the custom and modified car show season will soon be upon us...For those of you unaware the law is changing for the hiring of seater limos here in the UK, they will now have to obtain a COIF Certificate of initial fitness or in layman's terms they have to go and pass the same class MOT as a coach and run under the same restrictions. So for any company that runs a Hummer or Ford Excursion limousine you will have to undergo some major modifications to pass this kind of test.
